you’ve found me! this website is a years-long constant work in progress. i originally made a website to host my (now dead) webcomic, but as time went on, i became more and more interested in neocities and indie web development in general :3 slowly over the years i’ve picked at this website whenever i remembered it. recently i’ve been coming back to it more and more as i’ve been trying to change my relationship with the internet in general. much like many users on here, i’ve also grown increasingly tired of most social media platforms as they tend to award and value….ragebait over everything else. i could go on a whole tirade about my feelings towards social media in general, but to keep it short; capitalism ruins everything it touches.
with that being said, i’ve created this space to showcase my art and snippets of my life without being confined to a default profile layout and being bombarded with ads every other scroll. neocities and similar communities ignite a teensy tiny spark of hope in me, so that’s why i’m here :3
